Five workflow stages
The connected project workflow validates the submitted questionnaire, analyzes the market information, calculates financial projections, drafts the plan, and critiques its quality. The public questionnaire demo opens a static fictional sample and does not run these stages. A project run record is the evidence that a connected workflow ran.
Human review before delivery
Ben checks the final document for clarity, agreement between the narrative and financial model, source references, unresolved assumptions, and unsupported claims. Review should leave a dated record of the artifact inspected, findings, corrections, and release decision. A draft without that record must not be presented as human-reviewed final work.
This is not a CPA audit, legal opinion, lender underwriting, or independent verification of every owner-supplied fact. External specialist review is only claimed when a named reviewer actually performed and documented it.
The evidence a reader should receive
The delivery standard includes the business plan, financial schedules, a source-and-assumptions register, unresolved questions, and a lender-question brief. Material claims should identify an owner statement, documented input, external source, model assumption, or unresolved item. A citation must support the specific claim and identify its date and limitations.
Three possible outcomes
A case can be released for customer review, held as a conditional draft with specific corrections, or stopped when it cannot be substantiated. A polished document does not override missing evidence. Page count alone is not a quality measure: completeness, traceability, usable financial detail, and candid treatment of risks are the standards.
Fictional trials and independent proof
Bywater and the other prelaunch scenarios are invented test cases. They are not testimonials, funding approvals, or evidence that anyone paid the asking price. No independent lender or CPA endorsement is claimed here. Independent review findings will be published only after the reviewer has actually inspected the work and authorized their attribution.
