Scope and status
Business Plan Writer, delivered by Ben Hankins, prepares an AI-assisted business-plan draft and financial projections from submitted information, followed by the agreed human review. Current internal trials use fictional records. Seller identity, public contact details, applicable engagement terms, and regulated fee treatment must be finalized before paid customer onboarding.
For a paid engagement, the written accepted scope identifies the business, financing purpose, deliverables, price, timing, and review included. A displayed package price does not establish suitability or permission to charge a particular SBA-related fee.
Inputs, evidence, and delivery
You must have authority to submit the records and should identify estimates and known omissions. Projections depend on those inputs and are not predictions or independently audited facts. Conflicting information, missing evidence, or unsupported assumptions can require clarification or prevent delivery of a final plan.
The delivery target is the turnaround of the package you choose, counted from when the intake is accepted as complete and scope is confirmed. An automatically generated draft is not the human-reviewed final delivery. Review the final facts and assumptions before sharing the plan.
Revisions and refunds
The current package includes two consolidated revision rounds, each requested as one list within seven days of delivery. Corrections and refinements within the accepted scope are included. A new business concept, audience, material data set, or custom analysis requires a new agreement.
A scope mismatch before acceptance, or inability to deliver the agreed scope, results in cancellation and a refund. After a complete draft, change of mind, a new business direction, or financing denial alone does not qualify for a refund under the proposed service policy. This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies, required fee refunds, or rights under applicable law. Any applicable SBA compensation and disclosure requirements take priority.
Professional roles and affiliations
The service does not provide legal representation, tax advice, an accounting audit, underwriting, or a funding commitment. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SBA or a lender. Your lender decides its documentation and credit requirements. No funding or acceptance result is guaranteed.
Confidentiality and use of work
Submitted records are processed to deliver and support the service as explained in the privacy notice, including processing by service providers. Do not submit materials that you lack permission to share. Public fictional samples do not demonstrate real customer outcomes. Rights to customer deliverables and any third-party source restrictions must be specified in the accepted engagement scope.
